These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BuildrOS, operated by JD Empire LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using BuildrOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using any part of BuildrOS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms.
BuildrOS is a revenue operations platform that provides pipeline management, AI-powered lead qualification, automated outreach tools, document generation, and related business automation features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

BuildrOS offers Free, Builder ($19/month), and Empire ($49/month) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed by Stripe.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

BuildrOS includes AI-powered features including an automated agent ("Frank") that generates outreach copy, qualifies leads, and performs automated actions. You acknowledge that:

BuildrOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee any specific business results from using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Empire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of BuildrOS. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

We want you to be completely satisfied with BuildrOS. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for paid subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your BuildrOS paid subscription (Builder or Empire), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund within this window, email support@buildros.site with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.
After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
If annual pricing is offered in the future, refund requests for annual plans will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@buildros.site.
The Free plan does not involve any charges and therefore is not eligible for refunds.
We may issue refunds outside of our standard policy at our discretion in cases of:

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your BuildrOS subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. To cancel and request a refund within the 7-day window, email us directly.
